Aida has a proven track record of successfully managing thematic tax audits, building and leading high-performing accounting teams, and delivering automation projects in management accounting and financial process optimization driving greater transparency, control, and efficiency across organizations.
She is a certified professional accountant and licensed tax consultant in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and has completed internationally recognized training in financial and management accounting through the CIMA and DipIFR programs, enabling her to operate confidently within both local and global financial frameworks.
