Strengthened focus on technological risks. IT disruptions and cyber incidents are recognised as among the most probable and potentially costly scenarios.
Increased emphasis on energy and telecom resilience. For digitally dependent organisations, the impact of power and connectivity failures on business continuity is assessed as critical.
High seismic severity retained. Earthquake risk remains the primary natural hazard for the region in terms of impact.
Exposure-based approach introduced. For selected threats (landslides, aviation incidents, major road accidents), risk levels depend on site location and asset configuration.

Each threat is assessed across three independent parameters:
- Likelihood (P);
- Business Continuity Impact (BC);
- Financial Impact (FI).
A three-level qualitative scale — Low / Medium / High — is applied to ensure clarity and comparability.
The profile is analytical in nature and serves as a baseline for updating Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and infrastructure resilience strategies.
