Auditor
Serdar graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management with a bachelor’s degree in Financial Law.
Serdar is a licensed auditor, as well as a student of the Certified Accountant Practitioner program.
Has knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
Serdar participated in the following audit projects in accordance with IFRS:
– Turkmen-Turkish Joint-Stock Commercial Bank
– The State Commercial bank of Turkmenistan “Halkbank”
– The State Commercial bank of Turkmenistan” Daykhanbank ”
– The State Commercial bank of Turkmenistan ” Turkmenistan”
– State Development Bank of Turkmenistan
– EBRD projects.
