Bobir Artukmetov has over 14 years of professional experience with Big Four firms and leading international networks ranked among the top 10 globally, specializing in audit, accounting, taxation, and financial advisory. Since March 2026, Bobir has served as Managing Partner / General Director, where he is responsible for the strategic development of the firm, the quality of professional services, client portfolio development, and strengthening Baker Tilly’s position in the Uzbekistan market.
Under his leadership, Baker Tilly Uzbekistan provides a comprehensive range of professional services, including audit, tax and financial advisory, transaction support, compliance, risk management, ESG advisory, and business consulting. The firm also provides comprehensive support to foreign investors entering the Uzbekistan market and conducting business in the country. Bobir specializes in financial statement audits, tax structuring, financial advisory, and business consulting. As Managing Partner, he places particular emphasis on developing long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality professional services, and building effective teams. He regularly advises Baker Tilly’s corporate clients in Uzbekistan and foreign investors on taxation, business structuring, market entry, and regulatory compliance.
Bobir has been awarded the Medal “For Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Audit and Accounting in Uzbekistan” and was twice named “Best Auditor of the Year” in national competitions, in 2019 and 2020.
Bobir is actively involved in the work of professional and public organizations. He serves as Chairman of the International Relations Council of the National Association of Accountants and Auditors of Uzbekistan and as an expert of the Methodological Council under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
