Albina is a legal professional with over 16 years of experience across law firms, international consulting companies, and financial institutions. She leads the Baker Tilly Bishkek Legal law firm and advises clients on corporate law, M&A transactions, taxation, compliance, and public-private partnerships.
Albina’s professional experience includes advising on major PPP and investment projects in Central Asia and the Middle East, as well as contributing to legal reform initiatives and the development of public-private sector partnerships.
Albina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the American University of Central Asia. She is a recipient of the John Smith Trust Fellowship (United Kingdom) and a graduate of academic programs at Georgetown University (USA) and Charles University (Czech Republic).
Albina is a licensed Attorney of the Kyrgyz Republic and a Certified PPP Professional (APMG). She has also served on working groups of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic focused on legislative development.
