Eldiiar brings over 10 years of practical experience as a counsel and senior associate at leading law firms in the country. His practice focuses on corporate law, complex transactions, and infrastructure projects.
Eldiiar advises international financial institutions, development agencies, and private investors on cross-border transactions, public-private partnership projects, and regulatory matters. He represents clients in high-stakes litigation and international arbitration. He has contributed to projects supported by the IFC, World Bank, ADB, KfW, and EBRD, including foreign financing structures.
Eldiiar holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Central European University (Hungary), awarded on a full fellowship, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International and Business Law from the American University of Central Asia.
Eldiiar is a Licensed Attorney of the Kyrgyz Republic (admitted in all courts) and a Certified Patent (Trademark) Attorney.
