Radion Dyukov is an expert in business planning and research with more than 15 years of experience in strategic consulting.
Since 2018, he has served as Director of the Strategic Consulting Department at Baker Tilly Bishkek Advisory, where he leads a team of experts and manages projects in the areas of investment planning, marketing and sociological research, financial modeling, and non-financial audits.
Over the years, Radion has completed more than 50 projects for government agencies, international organizations, and private businesses. His portfolio includes the development of financial models and feasibility studies for industrial and infrastructure projects, methodologies for evaluating and scoring investment projects for the banking sector, as well as marketing and sociological research across various industries—from building materials and real estate to private education and the hospitality market. Another area of his work involves international monitoring and evaluation programs, including performance audits of healthcare projects. Radion’s clients include Eldik Bank, MTS, Kant TShP, the Aga Khan International Organization, the Russian Federal Securities Commission (RKFR), the EBRD, Mott MacDonald, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, PepsiCo, and a number of other organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic and Central Asia.
He holds a degree in Economics and Management from the Baltic State Technical University (St. Petersburg) and completed a master’s degree in “Foreign Trade” at the University of Central Asia.
He is an accredited specialist in the BAS program and a member of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Network.
He is fluent in Russian and English.
