Atay Bakytov is an audit manager with over six years of experience in external audit. He has led and participated in audits of commercial banks, state-owned and energy companies, as well as international donor projects (USAID, World Bank). He has extensive expertise in ISAs, IPSAS, IFRS, and US GAGAS, risk-based auditing, internal control, and the preparation of management and audit reports. He is an ACCA student, DipIFR student, and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Risk Management from Grenoble School of Management, France.
