Her professional practice covers accounting and tax compliance, as well as advisory support for companies across a wide range of industries, including mining, construction, retail, international organizations, representative offices of non-residents in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and healthcare service providers.
Ayaulym has strong expertise in IFRS-based accounting, preparation and analysis of financial statements, tax planning, and support during tax audits (both comprehensive and thematic), as well as in the restoration of accounting records.
In addition, she has extensive experience in managing and developing accounting departments within large international consulting firms, establishing efficient processes and building high-performing teams in a dynamic business environment.
