Askar Rysaliev is a senior manager in the audit department with over 10 years of experience. He has managed audits of donor projects (World Bank, IFAD, EBRD), commercial banks, and large public and private companies. He has strong expertise in risk-based auditing, internal control analysis, and compliance with donor requirements. He is a certified auditor of the Kyrgyz Republic, holds an ACCA Advanced Diploma, and holds a Master of Accounting and Auditing.
