Ilgiz Pulatov is a senior auditor with experience in financial statement audits and international donor projects. He has participated in audits financed by the World Bank, ADB, USAID, IFAD, and the EBRD in the energy, water supply, healthcare, and agriculture sectors. He has practical expertise in preparing working papers, testing financial statements, and analyzing internal control systems. He is an ACCA student, holds a Master of Business Administration, and holds a certified specialist degree with strong analytical training.
