Daria has over 7.5 years of combined experience in the banking and financial sectors, gained in both international and Kazakhstani companies.
She specializes in strategic and investment analysis, business valuation, and transaction structuring. Daria combines strong financial analytics with a solid understanding of business models, project logic, and investor requirements, providing a well-grounded basis for managerial and investment decision-making.
Daria has deep expertise in conducting financial due diligence as well as in building investment financial models for transactions and investment projects.
Her experience also includes projects at the intersection of engineering and financial consulting, including independent verification of project costs and their reconciliation with project technical documentation, as well as coordination of technical and financial workstreams within comprehensive project reviews.
She has participated in the development of methodologies, the formation of analytical rankings, and the preparation of industry and market studies, including those related to the banking and e-commerce sectors in Kazakhstan.
She is a holder of the Private Equity Certificate from CFA Institute.
