Guzal has been working in the field of audit, tax and financial consulting since 2007. From 2008 to 2017 she headed the audit and consulting group of Baker Tilly companies in Uzbekistan. She has experience working in government agencies and was the leader of the group for preparing the concept of tax reform of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019. She is the author of articles in the field of tax and financial regulation. Has experience as the head of the project office for the reorganization of the largest gold mining enterprise in Uzbekistan — the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Plant.
She is the Chairman of the Committee on Financial Accounting Methodology of the Association of Certified Financial Specialists of Uzbekistan (a professional public organization).
