Aylar is a graduate of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, analysis and audit.
Aylar is a licensed auditor and also has a professional certification CAP (Certified Accountant Practitioner).
Student of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Aylar has excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, International Auditing Standards, banking and tax legislation of Turkmenistan.
Aylar participated in audit projects in accordance with IFRS of such financial and credit institutions and companies as:
– State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan
– SCBT “Dayhanbank”
– SCBT “Turkmenbashi”
– Turkmen-Turkish Joint-Stock Commercial Bank
– Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan “Halkbank”
– EBRD projects and others.
